Q: Calendar events from MS Outlook 2013 missing randomly

I support approx 200 iPhones in a business environment.  Randomly, 1 or 2 users per month will complain that their iPhone 4S, 5, 5S, 6, or 6S will be missing 1 or more Calendar events.  Most, but I don't think all, of these users have an Admin Assistant who also has access to their email and has the authority to add, change and delete Calendar events.  The event that is missing from the iPhone is ALWAYS still visible on the user's PC in MS (Exchange) Outlook 2013.

The process I use to correct this issue is to go to Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendar/email Account/

turn OFF "Calendar",

exit out to the home page,

turn the iPhone OFF

Wait 30 sec and turn the iPhone ON and then go back in and turn Calendar ON.

Within 2-3 minutes the iPhone re-adds the Calendar events (including those previously missing) and all is well.

Is there not a permanent "fix" for this yet.  It has been going on for 3+ years.

Thanks for your input.
