Import html

I Use importhtml on Google spreadsheet can I use it with numbers, since Google make very much problems using it sloe loading and more

The hosting software would not let me update my post after I removed the junk above, and provided the following content within my 15 minute grace period.


Numbers v3.6.1 has no import menu item, so importing HTML is not going to work as you experience it with Google.


If you have a pure, unstyled, HTML table on a web page, when you select it, you will see discrete rows and columns.

When you Copy/Paste and Match Style this table into the first cell of a Numbers spreadsheet, it will automatically expand to fill the rows and columns from the HTML table. Other HTML/CSS3 styled tables, and especially pure CSS3/div tables will land in Numbers as a mess.

If you have a pure HTML table on a web page, when you select it, you will see discrete rows and columns. When you copy/paste this into the first cell of a Numbers spreadsheet, it will automatically expand to fill the rows and columns from the HTML table. On the otherhand, if someone has styled an HTML table with CSS3, or created a table exclusively in CSS3 using divs, then the copy/paste results into Numbers will be ugly.


Copy/paste this pure HTML table into Numbers v3.6.1.
