Will Apple replace broken Mac charger?

Mac charger "wing" broke off from opening it to wrap the cord, just from regular, everyday use. Is this the kind of thing that Apple would replace under basic warranty?

MacBook Pro, iOS 9.3.1, Macbook Pro charger

You are going to have to take it to Apple so they can examine it and determine the cause of the failure.
