Q: Is there be a solution for connecting Logitech C930e

I just purchased a Logitech C930e webcam after their support told me they support Macbooks.

Sadly, they do not support the exotic USB port of the Macbook 12 inch (2015).

Does anyone know a workaround (beside buying a camcorder). I have to say I am disappointed. A laptop for 1200, an adapter for 20 and I am not able to use the most common webcams.

Perhaps you didn't clarify that you were talking about the 12" Retina MacBook.

Otherwise, the older 2006-2010 MacBooks would qualify:

The built in camera doesn't meet your needs?

What happens when you try to use the Logitech with the USB adapter?

    Have you updated its firmware?

The built in camera that looks like 1998? No...I could not use that.

When I use the camera with adapter it is not recognized.
