Apr 8, 2016 5:20 PMby Dannystephen,yes I have but his memorable questions he set his date of birth which must have been entered incorrectly when first inputting and now do not know what he has put in because he's date of birth is not matching up to he's actual dob so can't gain access that way either thank you
