Q: Multiple charges a month for the Apple Play/Pay App ($9.99) even though all songs are downloaded via my phone! Anyone else having this issue?!?

Month after month I am continuing to see additional $9.99 fees charged to my CC on file with Apple (iTunes) although all of my Music purchases are downloaded via my phone and shared throughout devices~ WHICH I pay for separately ($24.99)- Does anyone else have this problem? When I call the number on my credit card statement, OF COURSE it's a recording sending me to iTunes.com/bill instead of actually letting me speak to a human!

I'm ABOUT TO BE DONE WITH ALL THINGS APPLE!!
