iTunes store format is odd and I can't click on albums...

I've been having a hard time with the iTunes store over the last couple weeks. I'm not sure what exactly is going on but it's almost like my store has become "larger". All of the icons for albums are bigger than they used to be and when I go to click on something it will take me to some random album that is not the one I was trying to select. It is pretty much useless unless I am just searching for a specific album. What can I do?
