Can't activate ipad by using apple id and password had reset my ipad and I activate my ipad by using my apple id and password

I had reset my ipad. I activate my ipad with my apple id and password but it show "incorrect password". How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

If you see "incorrect password" when activating your iPad 2, first try signing in to your Apple ID account page--Manage your Apple ID. If you can't sign in there, you can reset your password using the steps in If you forgot your Apple ID password.

You may also want to try the steps in If you can’t activate your iPad 2 (GSM model) after you update to iOS 9.3.
