Hello Everybody I Got hacked :(

It started with Clash of Clans where I observed somebody using my resources army and gems to raid others. I immediately changed my password to account (i have two of them) and continue to spectate how somebody (while I am offline) attacks (like complete noob) others. This was getting me worried but this suspicious activity didn't spread on other apps so I didn't worry until now. Somebody recently used 6 Euros from my credit card (there is no such offer in clash of clans to buy) in app store. I have no idea what are they for and can I return them but I ask for any support if possible. THX
