I Guess I didn't do enough research. But makes no difference to me anyway, since I find the whole Night Shift thing to be much ado about who gives a rat's behind. My fix for not having Night Shift (I do have it on my iPhone 5s and will never, ever have the need to use it) is to put the electronic devices down an hour before going to sleep.

We are too dependent on these things. Nobody has to be glued to a phone until the time that they turn their lights off to go to bed. What did we do six weeks ago before Night Shift existed? My god, how did we survive? And if we are "lucky" enough the have the feature on our devices, we want to be able to use low power mode as well, even though it takes more power to use Night Shift in the first place?

I have another idea, put the phone down an hour before bed time, and plug it in to recharge! That solves both problems. Brilliant! 😁
