Q: Ability to record iOS screen broken in 10.11.4 ?!

Grrrrr the ability to record iOS screen seems to be broken in os x 10.11.4 ?!  or ios 9.3.1

You use to open quicktime , select new screen recording and click the down arrow and pick camera as iPhone 6s.

Now all I can pic is Audio

Replicated on two Macs and using a few iOS devices

Annoyed.
