Call forwarding in iPhone 6 with MetroPCS not working

Since upgrade my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.3.1 my $5 Value Bundle features of MetroPCS stop working (Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, etc.) . Check with MetroPCS by phone, chat and at a store to make sure is not MetroPCS problem.

When I go to Settings, Phone, Call Forwarding, it takes a while to give me the option to set Call Forwarding (to green). Then it takes a bit again to give me the Forward to:, there shows "Loading... >" I remove that word Loading and type the phone number I want to forward the calls and go to back (click on the blueish <Call Forwarding on top left) and nothing happen.

If I do it using the MetroPCS codes **21*phone number# returns Error Performing Request Unknown Error

MetroPCS refresh my phone and I have removed the SIM card and put back on.

None of these things worked so far.

Any other suggestion?

Its the Sim Card

I just had this EXACT problem with AT&T - I bought a Iphone 6s unlocked

Looked up the Support blogs - they indicated the IMEI number was the issue

Called AT&T and had them verify the IMEI and ICCID numbers [General -> About ]and they were incorrect

Once corrected - it still did not work

Called Apple Support - they had me reset the [General -> About -> Network]

Had to go back to work so they set up a call for later - I decided to go by AT&T and after long discussion

The IMEI number was incorrect AGAIN - system did not update it correctly

SO they issues a new SIM and it now WORKS !!!

Suggestion :

1) call MetroPCS have them verify IMEI

2) Reset Network setting

if this does not work then REPLACE SIM
