Q: Siri won't call people with multiple numbers

Turn Siri off

Restart your phone

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then turn Siri on again

See if that helps

it means you have saved multiple contacts with that number

or

you have put the same number in work or home in your mom's contact kindly open contacts and check your mothers's contact information

I had this issue, and the response posted here solved it for me.

The problem was tracked down to Facebook being allowed to munge my address book. This user didn't have phone or email information in Facebook, so Siri must have seen the Facebook info, and tried to use that. On my iPhone, the contact entries are unified, so I see both what Facebook puts in and my entry.

Turning off Settings->Facebook->Contacts solved the issue.
