Q: if third party modification done by the Authorised service center then who is responsible towards a bonafide Customer ?
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I'm a avid user of your device iphone 6 plus, i purchased my iphone 6 plus 64 gb on aug-2015 but i just use this device only for one month and the rest of the time device is with the service center or with lots of issue . I purchased iphone as a best phone of my life but from the day i purchased this phone i faced problem and till today i had a same problem . For that problem i called your customer care more than 100 times and i visited your customer service center more than 10 times , out of which 7 times they submitted my phone without even looking about what the problem is all about and 3 times they just updated the phone software and return it to me , on the 15-Jan-2016 when i submitted my iphone with your kamla nagar service center they had my phone with themselves for a week and after a week they just gave my phone back by simply saying it is having a software issue which is updated by us. On 28-Jan-2016 again i need to visited to your kamla nagar service center for the same issue and they keeped with themselves for the 2 week and after that they called and said that on device back panel is enclosure by third party font ,after that for 2 weeks i submitted my phone with NSP Service Centre and they replied me that your phone is already open by third party.
I have purchased this phone due to its goodwill and after sale service but after seeing soo much of hurdles in just first 6 months of purchase i would please like to mention its my humble request to pay my money back because now somewhere down the line i would not prefer to use any product of Apple and I surely make sure none of my friends either use it. And Apple is such a renowned Brand i am sure they will not happy to see themselves in consumer court.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. Is this service center you mention an Authorized Apple Service provider, or is it an actual Apple Store? If it is an authorized Apple service provider, then you need to take up your issue with them. If you want to try and contact Apple, you can use this support document to see if there is a number for you to use in your location. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
