Apr 9, 2016 2:42 PM in response to brandoncipovby Loner T,1. Please boot in Safe Mode - Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up - Apple Support - and boot normally and retry the installation.
2. Run the following two procedures with all external storage disconnected and retry the installation.
Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
If neither of this work, additional steps may be required.

Apr 9, 2016 4:12 PM in response to Loner Tby brandoncipov,It said it repaired it but I'm still getting the same message in Boot Camp. Should i try it with disk1 or no?

Apr 9, 2016 4:45 PM in response to brandoncipovby Loner T,Disk1 is a Logical Volume disk. When you repair disk0, your output should also show the logical volume being scanned/corrected.
1. Backup OSX and all your files - Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support .
2. Boot into Internet Recovery (Command+Opt+R) - OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support .
3. Click on Utilties -> Disk Utility and Erase your internal whole disk.
4. Restore OSX and your files - Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support .
This requires a separate external disk which can accommodate TM backup - Backup disks you can use with Time Machine - Apple Support .
