How I can fix this "There is no description tag in your feed"

If the Store is asking for a 'description' tag then it's probably because you have no 'itunes:summary' tag. The latter, or in its absence the former, carry the text which will show as the Description in the iTunes Store Page and this is required. You will have to fix this in whatever method you are using to create your feed. Without knowing your feed URL I obviously can't comment any further.
