How can I pin / lock the Notification Center?

OS X Version 10.11.4

I would like to be able to see the notification center at all times. Is there any chance to pin / lock it to prevent its disappearing? I have seen many tips on how to manipulate notifications, using the terminal, but I haven't seen anything yet in regards to the notification center / bar.
