Delayed audio when using two tracks

I'm new to Motion 5 and am trying to get a second audio track to play immediately after the first.

For some reason it doesn't start for about 20-30 frames after the first audio track, which is not what I want.

This is what the audio frames currently looks like - does anyone know what settings I should be looking at to fix it please?
