I'm Fustrated and worried

Hi, due to my main pc's cpu dying i had to take my pc in for a cpu replacement, and i am left with my "Craptop" however, i want to sync the songs that are on my laptop to my iPod Touch 6th Gen, but when i try to do that itunes says if i click the sync box all music currently on the ipod will be deleted, and i dont want to delete the music currently on my ipod, im so worried, and im also fustrated, oh and yes i have authorised my laptop.

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.1

You can only sync with one computer. To switch computers

Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive: Apple Support Communities

If all the synced media like apps and music are already in the iTunes library of the new computer just backup to iTunes and restore from that backup.
