I have no menus (search) in i-tunes. I only have the menu listing products e.g. movies, music, etc. Cannot go to i-tunes store. I'm using a PC - have tried latest IE and Chrome. Have tried Alt, Alt+B, etc - no menu to click on. Thanks. John
