I Have an Apple TV 3 and want to use my Starz subscription but the Starz app is not available on the tv 3. Does anyone know if/when it will be available? I know I can AirPlay it from my phone or iPad but that's inconvenient. Thanks!
no idea what starz is but I would not expect apple to keep making new features for the older appletv models which does not support user added apps

Starz is avaialable to download on the ATV4 App Store but not available on the ATV 1/2/3 natively. As you note, you can AirPlay to the ATV3 but doubt we see much feature add-on to the device. But only Apple can say for certain. You can send feedback - http://www.apple.com/feedback/
