If you want to extend the guest wireless as well, yes, because it has a different name and can have a different password to the main wireless.

Reset the AirPort Express back to factory default settings, and then set it up again. Then, both the "main" and "guest" networks will be extended automatically.
Both the Time Capsule and the AirPort Express will need to be running Firmware 7.6.3 or higher for this feature to work.

I will look at this action with the airport express.
After I set up a guest user I am unable to access the internet on my main network, but I am able to access the internet on the guest network.
Any ideas?
Things are not going to work on the AirPort Express until they work correctly on the Time Capsule.
So, power off the AirPort Express for now and make sure that both the "main" and "guest" networks are working correctly on the Time Capsule.
We cannot proceed until the Time Capsule "main" and "guest" networks are both working simultaneously and correctly.
