To reset a disabled device you need to connect it, by cable, to your computer's iTunes : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Apr 10, 2016 2:32 AM in response to Karim 123by King_Penguin,Doing that has no affect on the iPad being disabled and being able to reset it, you need to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes - follow the instructions in the link in my above reply.
