It has been a few weeks when my ipad mini screen is shaking, I had been restarting the power button but no affect at all.
Now, I can hardly used my ipad to read my ebooks and check my mail.
Please help me fix it?

You can try a forced restart. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot. But honestly that sounds like a hardware issue. I'd make an appointment at your local apple store or authorized service provider and have them check it out.

There is another post on this found by google searching iphone wobble. Try going to Settings>General>Accessibility>Reduce Motion and switching it on. I tried all the reboots/restarts etc without any improvements until I found this which worked for me. Good luck!
