Q: Slo-mo missing after 9.3.1 update

HI, I just downloaded 9.3.1 to my iPad Air model md786ll/b and several things are missing.  Slo-mo option in camera is gone. Any ideas on how to restore?  Also flashlight and calculator from pull up menu.  Not sure what the official name of pull up menu is but its menu when you swipe from bottom of screen going up from home page.  Thanks.
