cannot reset iPod classic 160 GB (Late 2009)

i change my bettery and my ipod classic doesen't work aigain i try to reset not work i have also contact support apple coult somebody can help me ?

Immediately before you opened the iPod to change its battery, did the iPod still work properly (play songs) when connected to power?


When you say "doesn't work again," does that mean it does not power ON at all, even when connected to power? Or does the screen come ON, but it shows some type of error (does not get to the usual screen menu).


This is the procedure for doing a Reset (restart), in case you did something else

When you do this, with the iPod connected to power, is the screen dark? Or do you initially see the Apple logo?
