I bought my Iphone SE from USA (sim free, not telcos) but I am residing in Malaysia. Can I claim warranty from Apple store in Malaysia?
No. Warranty on iPhones is only available from the country of purchase.
My understanding is that the warranty is only valid in the country the phone was bought in. However you could call an Apple Store or authorized dealer in Malaysia and ask them.
As a rule, no. The models sold in the US are not the same as models sold in other regions. It may be possible to get it serviced outside of the US, but that would be the exception rather than the rule.
