I have a 15 year old, 13 year old, and 11 year old. They each have different devices at their dad's and at mine (no phones yet...we're both horrible parents). ((rolls eyes))
When I put the kids in my icloud family share, I can see their stepmom's devices when I long on to 'Find my iphone' from my acct, or any of my kids'. I'm wondering if this is because they have devices registered in their same appleID at their Dad's house? Can she see my devices, then, too? I'd like to share my location with my kids, but not necessarily their dad and stepmom. Does anyone have experience with kids that go between two houses and the family share? I'd like to think that we can co-parent effectively, but as the saying goes: good fences make good neighbors.
