Q: I can't download certain songs onto my iPod Shuffle. Help!

Today I bought a iPod Shuffle and I was trying to download music onto it. I was trying to put music that I had bought onto the Shuffle, but certain songs wouldn't download. Instead, a message would pop up, basically saying that you can't put music from Apple Music onto the Shuffle.

It doesn't make sense because I bought these songs before I got Apple Music. I believe this may be a bug. If anybody knows how to fix this, please help!

    If you download songs from the Apple Music streaming service portions of iTunes, you are downloading subscribed songs (not owned songs).  The Apple Music portions of iTunes, where you stream songs or add them to My Music (your iTunes library), are labeled For You and New in iTunes.  If you need to re-download songs you previously purchased from the iTunes Store, go to the iTunes Store Purchased screen

    Purchased songs from the iTunes Store will sync to your iPod.  Songs downloaded through Apple Music will not; they are not purchased.
