It sounds like you aren't able to watch specific video content on your Apple TV, even though you were able to access recently. Did you change the Restrictions settings on your Apple TV? Try taking a look at the article below and ensuring that Restrictions are configured appropriately on your device.

Before even looking content restrictions (which I've always had wide open), I tried the app on other devices besides Apple TV and it works as expected. I went back to the Apple TV version and deleted it. When I reinstall it seems to work fine again. I'm finding this work with a lot of Apple TV apps because the bugginess or corruption rate is very high with them. The problem is that I have to keep re-entering my cable info for every app I trash. I really hope Apple introduces iCloud keychain or some kind of easy way to store dozens of logins. I spend more time logging in on Apple TV than on any other device now - not a good viewing experience especially with no keyboard.
