Q: my iphone 6s plus charging

I bought a new iphone 6s plus from 4 days charged it twice .... first time it took about 5 hours ( ios 9.1 ) second time 9 hours from 10 % to 100% with wall charger .... i don't know what's reason for that issue so i hope anybody help me
