i have a 3rd party screen fix and my phone has water damage... will apple fix my phone with the out of warranty repair?

My phone got wet in the past but it still worked fine, also its been cracked a couple times but i always get it fixed from a store in the mall, recently it fell and the screen just went black and now it doesn't turn on, i don't know what the problem is so i was just gonna take it to the apple store and get an out of warranty replacement. Will they fix my phone?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

You can always go to Apple and ask them. But past experience would say no, they will not service your device. Third party alterations void both warranty and out of warranty support (see the actually terms of the waranty under the heading WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?).

Hello i accidentally pour some water in my phone suddenly the screen became like clouds and the power on /off button wont work what should i do?

As long as no unauthorized service provider has touched it, then take it to Apple. They will repair or replace it for the appropriate out-of-warranty service fee.
