I cant sync all the songs i have on my itunes to my phone. Now that i have iclound Music Library enabled. A lot of the songs i have on iTunes cannot be downloaded from the apple music.

Since I got apple music, and have the icloud Music Library, it doesn't download all the songs on my iTunes to my phone.
