I have one question. Why my ipad cannt turn on and blank?. I really want to use my ipad for assigment.

Very difficult to answer without much more knowledge of the situation. Have you tried a force start. Hold down BOTH the Sleep/wake and Home buttons at the same time ... for 15 to 20 seconds. The Apple logo should appear.

If you specifically tried what I suggested and you still have a blank screen you should make an appointment with your local Apple store for them to evaluate the problem. I hope there is one near to you.
