  1. How do I move music from external hard drive directly to iTunes library online? Current pc does not have capacity to copy it to pc hard drive.
  2. Also, where IS my music library online in the iTunes app or iTunes store app? I have Windows 10 and do NOT see an option to select My Music anywhere - and that is all the help suggestions I get online at iTunes...just "Select My Music". Where? I don't see it!

iPod classic, Windows 10, PC not enough space on hard drive.

See Make a split library portable. Set your library up on the external drive, and make a backup for security. iTunes can host your purchases in the cloud, which you can then stream on demand. Purchasing a subscription to iTunes Match allows you to match/upload CD ripped music and then potentially remove the local files to free up space, however this isn't a recommended approach. You don't always get back exactly what you put in so you should never discard your originals.
