Q: Slow & Burning Battery  - Why & How do I fix it?

Greetings good people,


I fished around trying to solve this myself, learned enough to download and rune EtreCheck (see below), and can't figure this out.  My battery goes from 100% to less than 10% in about 2 hours of light use; that usually/used to take upwards of 9-10 hours.  Also, its become slow (where it used to be crazy fast) and I am getting a fair amount of Beachball Pinwheel action (on messenger? are you kidding me?)


So, I see the top CPU processes are "soagent" and "callservicesd", both at 98%.  I have no idea what these functions are, but that seems like a lot.


OK, help? What's wrong with me and how do I fix me?  (EtreCheck output is below).
