Can I use Apple Pencil in Mail for my signature?
I would like to sign my signature within my emails. I didn't notice the squiggly icon that I see in Notes.

You can make a signature using Preview on your Mac. You can then add a screenshot of your signature to Mail as part of a signature.
In theory, this will carry over to your iPhone, as it is a signature tied to your email address with Apple Mail. This site lays it out very well.
