Help please!
I have Final Cut Pro X 10.2.3 on iMac. Right now under SHARE there is no choice to export 4K video. Will it allow me to export 4K video if I purchase this Compressor and install it?

No, you don't need Compressor for 4K. If your Final Cut project is set to 4K, you will have 4K export options – unless you are choosing something like DVD.

I created a new project and set it to 4K. However, under SHARE there are still only Apple Device 720 and Apple Device 1080p, there is no 4K found.
If I go to File/Add Destination and click on Compressor setting, I don't see any 4K video to choose from.
If 4K is not under SHARE, I can not export 4K.
Please help.

If the project is 4K, even the 720P preset will provide a 4K option. Double check the project settings (Cmd-j).

Now, next question: Do I burn it on Blu-ray disk and have 4K TV select input through DVD/Blu-ray player set for 4K and I will have 4K video on 4K TV?
Does it need Compressor for FCP to export 4K videos?
