Mail folder named "clutter" How do I get rid of it?

Somehow a MS program and folder named "clutter" appeared on my mail page. How do I get rid of it? I am running el capitan on a macBook Air. When I try to delete the folder, I get the message "the mailbox 'clutter' could not be deleted. Distinguished folders cannot be deleted."

There is nothing to fix. That is how an IMAP or Exchange account works. The mailboxes reside on the server, and are mirrored on your mac. The mailbox cannot be deleted on your mac because the server does not allow it.

Clutter is a feature that moves low priority messages out of your Inbox and into another folder, saving you time when you scan for important messages. Clutter looks at what you've done in the past to determine the messages you’re most likely to ignore. It then moves those messages to a folder called Clutter available in the left pane under the Inbox folder. Turn on Clutter in Office 365 Outlook Web App and work with Clutter in Outlook 2016 for Mac.

Yes we can live with it and ignore it (mac mail in OSX10.11.5) but it just creates Clutter among mailboxes. Can mac please find a fix. Otherwise it is just another annoying feature of mail in the new airbook -- another being that when you reply to a message, a new window for the reply appears quite unnecessarily and confusingly. If anyone knows how to fix this and go back to previous simple one window system please tell me.

Thanks.
