In looking at that, it seems they only seem to come in black. The place that produces them for Apple sells them, but they are for distributors, and are in bulk of 200 or more. I would just continue searching to see if you can find something. I've seen adapters on Amazon if that helps, but I did not pay any attention to the colors.

I saw a question like this the other day, and someone had posted the name of the company, but I don't remember it right now off the top of my head. If you do a search of the Apple Watch forum, you should find it.
