Q: copy Pictures from Iphon

Dear Sir : when i use ITunes it mention that i have more than 6000 pictures in my iPhone but really i see only 60 pict. and these 6000 pict take near 4GB for my memory , how can copy or delete these photos in my iPhone?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2

Hello farhad1969,

It sounds as though there may be some photos that were synced from a computer to your iPhone. These images can be removed from your iPhone by following the steps outlined in the article linked below.
Delete photos and video synced from iTunes when you can’t access the originals
