Q: Can't proceed to next page when reviewing itunes account

I have tried to purchase a game on appstore but whenever i'm trying to review my account i can't proceed to the nextpage as it was stuck/frozen refer to the image below

    Hi AdelnBrian 028,

     

    I understand you are unable to get past the terms and conditions screen when you try to update your iPhone 6.  The resource below provides some steps to try if you are having issues updating to iOS 9.3.1.  I've highlighted some key information for you here.  Click on the link for complete details.

     

    Get help with over-the-air iOS updates

    If the update never completes and the progress bar hasn't moved for an extended time, try restarting your device. Learn what to do if your device appears frozen or won't start.

    If you still can't install the latest version of iOS, try downloading the update again:

    1. Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. Under Storage tap Manage Storage.
    2. Find the iOS update in the list of apps.
    3. Tap the iOS update, then tap Delete Update.
    4. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.

    If the issue happens again, try updating with iTunes.
