    Hi DarkKnight@@

    Try this:

    1. Quit all apps: Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up for each open app
    2. Force Restart: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears

Thanks and much appreciated Axeman1020 for your quick reply.. I've just tried your method but the iBook app still keep quitting after a few minutes after I open an ebo to read. Are there any ways to delete ibook app on iPad and reinstall the app? Thanks.

No. Stock iOS apps cannot be uninstalled.

The next best thing is to backup your iPad via iCloud or iTunes hen connect it to iTunes on your computer and restore.

After it finishes, restore from your backup.
