Q: OSX App Store and iBook not working
OSX El Capitan 10.11.3
MacPro4,1
OSX Apple Store and iBook not working.
The App Store window and icons are grey. Update icon is market with 1 (pending update). If I click nothing happens still gray.
In the window always this message "Cannot Connect to the App Store".
iBook basically the same problem, I lost all the books including pdf added manually.
Everything in the windows is grey. Message "Cannot Connect to the iBooks Store"
Look like I am Sign In.
UPDATE
I try to Update OSX with Terminal following this http://www.panayiotisgeorgiou.net/macbook-app-store-not-working/
I get updated to 10.11.4.
App Store problem (and iBook) still there.
The App Store windows have change. Icons are black and Update icon is market with 5
I also make a Check for Unfinished Downloads and I get "All purchases have been download for this account. You can use Purchases page to download applications again."
Anny help appreciate

Thanks to all!
I try many of the suggested solutions but nothing was working for me. In the end I make a OSX El Capitan clean install. Everything is back to normal!
