Blackberry sync with calender

I have tried many times to sync my Black Z30 using 10.3.2474 OS to sync it's Calender to the Calender on my iMac using OS X 10.8.5 OS and It has only worked once years ago. How do I get it to sync again?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), Blackberry Z30
