Q: Nano detected but could not be identified properly
I keep getting the message above after I updated iTunes to the newest version. I have un-installed and re-installed iTunes already, and restarted the computer multiple times and still no luck...Please HELP!

If you have already tried uninstalling iTunes, you probably did not completely uninstall iTunes and related software components. Follow this procedure from Apple to remove iTunes and its listed components, precisely in the described order.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
Then download and install the latest version of iTunes
