Having difficulty to refund by iTunes the unauthorized charges of $42.23 for PDF Converter Pro.

A week ago I was searching for the best PDF Edit and Conversion Apple program.

In Response iTunes was shoving the "PDT Converter Pro ($42.23)" as the best solution.

On a tryout basis I tested the program, and the performance was very poor and bellow the standards for OS X Version 10.11.2.

After the conversion, the original PDF format is unrecognizable and scattered all over the screen.

At present, I am having serious difficulties to contact the iTunes for my refund, which was charged to my account with out my authorization.

I am asking for an easier way to reach iTunes for refunds, then constantly being mislead from one web page to another.

Please, HELP!!!!
