I just purchased a new Iphone 6s and when I try to set it up using icloud a message stating no icloud backups are compatible with the version of IOS 9.2 on this iphone.

I recently purchased a new iphone 6s and when I tried to set it up using icloud I received a message stating no icloud backups are compatible with the verison of IOS 9.2 on this phone.How can I transfer all my info to the new phone?

If your backups are from iOS 9.3.1, you have to update the new iPhone all the way to 9.3.1 in order to use the backups. Go to Settings>General>Software Update, download the new software, then erase the phone in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings and then activate the phone all over again and you will be able to use those backups.
