After Effects CS6 fails on OS X El Capitan

Hello,

I cannot open After Effects on my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.3 El Capitan.

I have downloaded the 11.0.4 Update from Adobe's site:

However I am unable to successfully install it. Instead, I receive this message:

When I follow the link "error log" I receive the following:

Adobe After Effects CS6 (11.0.4) update

Another instance of deployment is already running. Error Code: U44M2P11

I am an Associate Professor with a university purchased license for this software which I need to teach in class.

Please let me know there is a fix!
