im trying to add an authorized device (iphone 4) to my iTunes account that i once delited from my account, but itunes dont recognized it. how can i add it?

im using iphone 5s, but i sent it for repair, and in the meantime im using my old iphone 4. when i wanted to sync data from my itunes or update some apps - i noticed that itunes do not recognized the iphone 4 and it doesnt allow me to use my apple id password. i cant use wattsapp because it needs to be updated, and when i try it doesnt allow me to use my password. in addition, i cant see any data of my iphone 4 - it is not listed as a device in my account. how can i solve it?
